I Created the database using the control panel of ixwebhosting
assigned a database user to the database. 

For Uploading MS SQL Database from a local system I use
MS SQL Server 2005. 

MS SQL Server Import and export Wizard. 
Specify the source as the local database 
specify the server database in the ixwebhosting server
as the target and then move the tables using 
Import export wizard that comes with Sql Studio Express edition
